In honor of U.S. Army Lt. Col. Garnet Derby, who died on Feb. 9th, while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, Governor Brian Schweitzer has ordered that the national and state flags be flown at half staff beginning tomorrow morning and ending Friday.
