Grace & Co. criminal conspiracy case in Missoula opened yesterday with opening statements, and will continue today before the government begins putting on its case outlining what it says was a high level corporate conspiracy to skirt liability and maximize profits, by concealing the known hazards of asbestos laden vermiculite mined near Libby, which defense attorneys will deny.
