In about a month, after a "prevailing wage" is determined, $27 million in Economic Stimulus Funds to weatherize Montana homes will be available to fix up another 4,000 homes for people who qualify for the low income energy assistance program. About 2,500 homes are on the waiting list in Yellowstone, Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater and Sweet Grass Counties.
