A former Missoulian reporter who was one of the first to question the staff for Senator Max Baucus over the nomination of his girlfriend for US Attorney, described her coverage of the story 8 months before it broke nationally. Rave joined "Voices of Montana" radio talk show host Aaron Flint on Friday, Dec. 18th.

Former Missoulian reporter Jodi Rave covered Native American news for the publication.

Although she didn’t serve as the political reporter for the paper, she says she wasn’t the only Montana reporter to ask questions.

Rave says the news media in the state should have pressed the issue with Senator Baucus when questions first arose.
