Transcanada Vice President Robert Jones met with Governor Brian Schweitzer Friday to discuss the possibility of building an 'on ramp' for American oil, on the comany's proposed 1,980 mile Keystone XL Pipeline, bound for the Gulf Coast, from Alberta, passing through the Baaken Oil Formation beneath Montana, North Dakota and Saskatchewan. The Governor is pushing for an on ramp connection Northern Plains producers to Keystone XL near Baker. Jones told the governor it's too early to talk about it.
