A crowd of about 200 turned out for the Memorial Day ceremony at the Montana Veterans Memorial in Great Falls Monday afternoon in remembrance of fallen U.S. military personnel. Major General John P. Hronek Commander of the Montana National Guard and the Director of the Department of Military Affairs was the keynote speaker. The ceremony concluded with the reading of the names of all Montanans who have lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan and the performing of “Taps.”
